The team lead was an excellent communicator. He explained what they would be doing, where they would be, and when they would need to turn off the electricity and restore it. He showed me how to plug in the charger and what to be sure not to touch. And then he had me do it so that I had practice. He was creative when a change had to be made and open to suggestions. And they cleaned up everything and returned everything to it's proper location. It was a pleasure working with them. In addition, before starting the job, the Managing Director came to my house and discussed the installation options with me and we chose what would be done together.
All contact with everyone was professional and easy. In the future when I need an electrician, I will call Nation.

Please read this before you hire this company. I went with USA electric after seeing all the good reviews, but it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them- Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
I was quoted two days for a simple installation of an electric charger by their technicians. It is now over a month since that date and the process is STILL dragging on, and this whole process has been the most stressful thing I have been through in a long time.

- They do not know local city laws. Weeks have been spent now because of errors USA electric made, because they did not know the permit laws of West Hollywood. Licensed contractors should at a bare minimum know the most up to date laws for any project they take on.

- The city documented emails back and forth between them where they did not send required documents, which ended up dragging this on for WEEKS. They had told me they had followed up every day, but I had to actually go myself to the city hall to talk to an agent that showed he had requested documents multiple times which weren't sent.

- They charged me nearly double the price of the equipment they bought for my install. The price of labor was more. And after the insane time dealing with them, they still tried to charge me 500 extra for an hour of time just to be present for the inspection (They had previously told me this was not required, when the city said EVERY install requires the contractor present)

I have now had to hire someone else that is much cheaper to come in their place. Save yourself the hassle.

I am sure they will respond saying all of this is false, as they told me on the phone, but really excuses shouldn't be made if I am taking so much time out of my own schedule to fix the problems they wouldn't.

I scheduled a light installation appointment with you a few weeks ago. I admire your electrician because he was intelligent and active in his work on the assigned task. I was very impressed when he completed it ahead of schedule. Thank you so much to everyone! Highly recommended service!

John from Legends did an amazing job. I was expecting a big mess, not to mention an ordeal related to the repair of a ceiling fixture with 6 bulbs from the 1950's. John diagnosed the problem immediately, and had me u and running in under 1/2 hour. What a great team they have at Legend Thank you once again.

I called Power Plus from my work place and they came when I got home. The technician was very nice and respectful. He gave me my options on how to fix the problem in my house. They fixed the problem that same day. I would recomend this company to my friends.

We called power plus to get an estimate on a rewiring project using the latest cables for hardwired Internet connection. A electrician by the name of Andre arrived check the building out and spoke to us about requirements. We got the estimate and it was very reasonable compared the other company we called. We hired them the next week and they promptly come down and did exactly what needed and delivered on time. We highly recommend you. Thank you.

I hired them to install 4 under cabinet lights, switches, and get the ceiling lights to work in my kitchen. My mom was home when they came out so I came home expecting the job to be done. My mom said that three guys came from HandyLectric. They spent about 10 minutes and charged $150 but didn't install any of the under cabinet lights, switches, or get the ceiling lights to work. When I asked the owner why this was not done, he says that he was only there to troubleshoot and get the power to work for several of the outlets in my kitchen. He said that my ceiling lights were wired incorrectly but he would send someone out the following week to trouble shoot free of charge for 1 hour since they were very busy this week. Needless to say the week went by and he didn't send anyone. I had my handyman install my under cabinet lights and switches. My handyman was able to get the ceiling lights to work by simply connecting the wire to a switch so I have no idea what troubleshooting needed to be done. Bottom line, I will not hire them again.

We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
