Technician Vig did a thorough check of the situation, gave an exact dollar estimate, looked into something else I was considering, explained everything in a way I could understand, installed the outket I needed, and even mounted my charger so it wouldn't hang by its cable. They did an excellent job coordinating the panel upgrade with the electrical company and getting everything approved by the city. The Tesla charger installation was done proficiently.
