Alex and his team were on time, professional and very pleasant to work with. They got to us the same day we called and were very clear on what was going on and how they were fixing it. I would absolutely call them if we ever need any other electrical work!

I paid $220 for an estimate on a home. When I receive the estimate, my name is incorrect and there wasn’t a detailed price breakdown for every item listed in the report. Instead, I received a list of recommendations with no prices. In my opinion, the inspection wasn’t worth the price as no estimate was provided of all items listed.

(1 1/2 hours later) Don't LIE, David. You showed up AFTER the 4hr window that we set up on the 1st visit. I went out on errands exactly at noon then I received your call while driving and we set up for the next day with a 2hr window you missed. And I had to ASK for the senior discount on the second go-round (you missed).
I communicated in test messages so I have proof of what we agreed upon. Can you read? Don't LIE.
