Steve came over to fix a ring doorbell installation that went wrong. We had pre-existing wires for an old house that was built in 1967. I tried troubleshooting it myself and figured out that there was no electricity going to the wires and that the transformer was too weak. I called multiple other electrical companies who came by and gave me eye gouging absurd quotes for a problem that I presume was related to the wiring from the transformer to the doorbell. It was something that I knew did not cost anywhere near what these electricians were asking. When I discussed the problem with Steve, however, he agreed with my assessment, came over in a timely manner, reconfirmed my findings, did the work, explained everything and was done. He easily saved me 1000 dollars if not more. The other electricians I got quotes from charged me 65 dollars to just come out and talk to me and
did nothing. They said to figure out the problem they would have to charge me an extra $500 for diagnostics. Once they figured it out the issue they would give me another quote on labor and parts to fix the problem. They couldn't even give a ballpark! Do not trust the big-name companies who have a lot of ads. Steve, however, was a life saver! He is highly intelligent, trustworthy, friendly and explained every step of the way. First off I have to say the quality of the service provided by this company is incredible. They are not only knowledgeable and professional but also very informative. They give you multiple options to fix your problem and answer any and all questions you may have. We just closed on our first home and the electrical panel was from the 1900’s, it looked so old that it was almost unrecognizable as the electic panel, Jose was able to move the entire panel, get city permits and all in less than 1 month. The service is true quality and I can’t express how thankful I am to have come across them. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for electrical service.
