Another company came by, fiddled with this and that for about an hour and “assessed “ the intermittent connection issue, applied some electrical tape, and overcharged us for the privilege. Alex came by, asked direct questions, listened intently, checked the panel, focused on the exterior connector, assessed the issue within minutes, advised us to call DWP and didn’t charge us for his valuable time and expertise. Who does that??? Alex, that’s who! Thank you Alex!

Blown off, called and set up an appointment. Explained the job was time sensitive, all the leg work was done. Good $$ job, DWP spot check in hand, new updated service with a 200amp panel board upgrade inside building. no brainer work. Called an hour before our appointment to cancel, said they would call me later in the day to reschedule...No call back. Lost a money maker of a job and any potential work down the road from us.
