We had a couple of small things to assess and then correct, and he clearly explained what was wrong and how he proposed fixing. He also advised us on a few other things he saw but never pressured us. He completed one of the small jobs on Friday and said he'd be back first thing Monday with the parts for the other small jobs. He was on time again this morning and again explained what he planned to do. Very efficient; clear explanations; neat and tidy work; very professional.
