I spoke to Alex (son) on the phone and he was upfront with me about having to source out my unknown problem.
He quoted me a service price and said it could be higher once the problem was found. He was very meticulous and he talked me though the steps he was taking. After trying many things Alex was able to locate and fix the problem. Since he was here I had him look over my house for other potential problems. He found some so I had him fix them. We contacted United Plumbing Heating Air Electric to fix a problem with one of our sockets that had shorted. Art was the assigned electrician that not only resolved that problem quickly, but helped us with another unplanned request that took some time and effort troubleshooting. He stayed late until he had fixed wiring issues (in wall and attic) by work done by others years ago. Art was very thorough in locating the trouble spot and wanted to make sure everything was done right before leaving. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and his suggestions on other areas we need to address.

After a recent home inspection we found an inoperable electrical outlet and an issue due to faulty wiring of our electrical service which was causing a circuit breaker to trip. This was actually fairly dangerous since it bypassed the circuit breaker and eliminated the entire purpose of having a circuit breaker which could have resulted in an electrical fire. Can't thank this team enough. Their lead foreman is a great help and very knowledgeable. He was able to be flexible with my home renovation schedule, and even he and another worker put up a three sheets of drywall, after I to remove it to pull a few more wires to the panel. Their pricing is extremely competitive and often less (used them twice now). The crew jumps around to do other jobs, being a construction manager I understand that is part of the business, still, this may be off putting for some customers. Needless to say, they slammed this project out very quickly, and thus far they haven't had a single hiccup with the LADBS Inspections. Big Thumbs up.
