I called Steve at 5:00 p.m. and he was at my place by 5:30 p.m. on the fly to remove an old pendant lamp and install a new one. Steve was incredibly professional, very friendly, jovial, and quick. He removed the old one, helped assemble the new one, and installed it within an hour. I would most certainly use him again.
