I originally found this company via a quote request, and Arvin was one of the first to respond. He gave me his number to call him so he could learn more about my needs, and after explaining my situation, he was honest and told me that the work I needed could honestly be done without an electrician and he didn't want me to waste money having him come out. I was impressed, and he was right, he basically gave me a free consult and free solution and he wouldn't even accept my request to tip him for the time he spent with me on the phone (over an hour). I called PowerPlus because half the power in my house was out and I couldn’t figure out why. I am a fairly handy person but it was clearly above my capabilities. The technician came out exactly when he said he would, introduced himself, troubleshooted the issue and had it all fixed in under 2 hours. I am amazed at the level of knowledge and the quality of work that was performed. I felt so confident in his work, I had him check out the rest of the house and give me an estimate on updating my electrical panel (very old panel) which he did at no additional costs.
