They were so good to work with. Called me back when I made my original enquiry. Followed up with details of the appointment. Called me the day of the appointment to let me know the time window. Called again to tell me exactly when the electrician would arrive. The men were friendly, informative and efficient. Charged me less than the original quote because the job took less time. Followed up with an emailed receipt. None of these details may seem important but I have been let down by so many so called professionals that it is refreshing to have a company do exactly what they promised. Will definitely use them again.

I originally found this company via a quote request, and Arvin was one of the first to respond. He gave me his number to call him so he could learn more about my needs, and after explaining my situation, he was honest and told me that the work I needed could honestly be done without an electrician and he didn't want me to waste money having him come out. I was impressed, and he was right, he basically gave me a free consult and free solution and he wouldn't even accept my request to tip him for the time he spent with me on the phone (over an hour). This was my second time using this company through old republic. Both times the gentleman that can out, he was very informative about why I was having electrical issues.
