He also had the best pricing in town!! Powell Electric tried to charge $99 just to come out and look at the problem for example! Compared to prior electricians used & another estimate received, Michael was half the price and did a FANTASTIC JOB! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A CUSTOM ELECTRIC!!! I have used Alex' services for a few years now and have always been happy with his professionalism and friendly personality. His rates are quite reasonable too. A few months ago we moved to a new house and Alex was the one to call for the major electrical work that was needed as part of the remodeling. He and his partner completed everything to the highest standards. Next time I need an electrician, it will be Alex again.

Blown off, called and set up an appointment. Explained the job was time sensitive, all the leg work was done. Good $$ job, DWP spot check in hand, new updated service with a 200amp panel board upgrade inside building. no brainer work. Called an hour before our appointment to cancel, said they would call me later in the day to reschedule...No call back. Lost a money maker of a job and any potential work down the road from us.

Willie does good, clean work, and his attention to detail is excellent. His labor pricing structure is competitive, and he was easy to communicate with. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the parts pricing. Now, I expect to pay a little up charge (20-30% say) when an electrician brings the parts. However, the 3 dimmers that I asked Willie to bring were marked up 160% (!) from what you could easily buy in 5 minutes from Amazon. For me that worked out to be a $120 difference! So, my advice is, use Willie, but buy any parts you need yourself.
