Great experience from start to finish. We were assigned Jonathan Rosales as our electrician and what a professional. Always on time, explained what the findings were, and gave options for appropriate solutions to the wiring issues.
One thing that I truly appreciated was the fact that the job took longer than expected. Rather then have to scheduled for another day to finish, Jonathan left to his next assignment and then returned afterwards to fix the job.

Our heater was blowing cold air on Christmas day! I called Morteza on Christmas day. He was very kind and caring. He offered to come for repair that same day. But together we decided to wait until Tuesday the 27th, because he would have the opportunity to pick up a part from a supplier, should he not have stocked it in his truck. As the issue with the heater could be related to several factors and all most all stores would be closed on Christmas Day

Morteza showed up on time on Tuesday. He was very knowledgeable, quick to diagnose the problem, had the part available in his truck and finished the repair in a very short period of time.
