A electrician by the name of Andre arrived check the building out and spoke to us about requirements. We got the estimate and it was very reasonable compared the other company we called. We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
