Came for consultation never heard anything else from them. Promised a b8d work order with cost. Never received anything. I guess they can't handle older houses with older cables. Very disappointing! Never received the quote, maybe you sent to wrong email. After the electricity was repaired there was no reason to return your call. I would like to know what email address you had.

He and his son are super nice. They came with a mask - which is super appreciated now a days. He explains everything so you're never left wondering what was going on or how it's going to get fixed. The pricing is fair also!

I called PowerPlus because half the power in my house was out and I couldn’t figure out why. I am a fairly handy person but it was clearly above my capabilities. The technician came out exactly when he said he would, introduced himself, troubleshooted the issue and had it all fixed in under 2 hours. I am amazed at the level of knowledge and the quality of work that was performed. I felt so confident in his work, I had him check out the rest of the house and give me an estimate on updating my electrical panel (very old panel) which he did at no additional costs. We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
