Thank you to Paul, Igor, and Arthur for helping make my home safer for my child. It is very important for my husband and I to baby proof our house as our son is curious and active as ever. The team at Dynamic Power Group evaluated our home, showed us different kinds of electrical covers and cord protectors and suggested what would be best for us. I really liked the personalized customer service and it was at a reasonable price. I will be sure to use them again!

I thought this is an electric company with their own licensed electricians, but they outsourced all my jobs to other people. So it is unclear that do they even have licenses or not. Since this is just a referral company, I think I got charged more for the fee that incurred in the process. I even paid $79 membership fee for their service calls. But then it's more money to them for them to sell my jobs to other people. Instead of getting free quotes from others, now I got charged with large bills for small jobs.

I originally found this company via a quote request, and Arvin was one of the first to respond. He gave me his number to call him so he could learn more about my needs, and after explaining my situation, he was honest and told me that the work I needed could honestly be done without an electrician and he didn't want me to waste money having him come out. I was impressed, and he was right, he basically gave me a free consult and free solution and he wouldn't even accept my request to tip him for the time he spent with me on the phone (over an hour). Figured the least I could do is share my experience here for others looking for an electrician you can trust. Thanks again Arvin!

He was the best electrician that I ever encountered, and I couldn't compare him to others I used before. He was responsible and respectful throughout the whole service.
