I was fortunate enough to find Michael with A Custom Electric. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Best of all, he has work ethic and actually cares. He also had the best pricing in town!! Powell Electric tried to charge $99 just to come out and look at the problem for example! Compared to prior electricians used & another estimate received, Michael was half the price and did a FANTASTIC JOB! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A CUSTOM ELECTRIC!!! David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working. So glad I called Primo Electric instead of attempting to do this myself. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work needed.

They have very nice staff members. The electrician who came to help me with my electrical issues not only fixed the wiring but also found another problem that may given me problems in future. He also took care of the lighting bulbs. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the hard work they do.
