Horrible company!! Response time is insane, they never call you back, they hang up on you when they don’t like what your saying, horrible customer service, incredibly incompetent techs, worst company to call!!! Do you research find someone else I promise you will be happy you did!! Pretty sure all the other reviews are fake ones from friends

Excellent service. Responded right away to my request. They were prompt, fixed my dishwasher and garbage disposal wiring quickly and made it all look very nice. Technician was very friendly. Will use them for service in the future.

We were very fortunate that Alex was able to fit us in to his already booked Saturday to fix damaged wiring in our home. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem! We then discussed several other electrical installation jobs I need done in the near future. He took the time to listen and offer great suggestions. Great service. We were having intermittent electrical issues with what I was guessing should be the circuit-breaker. Plus, our landlord couldn't care less. I contacted United for a quote and they sent a electrician for a free estimate of the issue and cost.
Vik showed up and he found the issue to be some bad wiring. Not only he gave us a better price than the other place I had gotten an estimate from, but he offered to fix it on the same day and he did. He was very friendly and professional.
I don't write reviews often but I felt obliged to do it for exceptional service I got from them. Highly recommended.
