I am very pleased with Art. He showed up early, explained what he was going to test and kept me in the loop the entire way. He was very professional and I will use again with out a doubt. I don't do surveys often but it is a pleasure to complete this one. Well deserved.

The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.
