The team lead was an excellent communicator. He explained what they would be doing, where they would be, and when they would need to turn off the electricity and restore it. He showed me how to plug in the charger and what to be sure not to touch. And then he had me do it so that I had practice. He was creative when a change had to be made and open to suggestions. And they cleaned up everything and returned everything to it's proper location. It was a pleasure working with them. In addition, before starting the job, the Managing Director came to my house and discussed the installation options with me and we chose what would be done together.

Good $$ job, DWP spot check in hand, new updated service with a 200amp panel board upgrade inside building. no brainer work. Called an hour before our appointment to cancel, said they would call me later in the day to reschedule...No call back. Lost a money maker of a job and any potential work down the road from us.
