Art was the assigned electrician that not only resolved that problem quickly, but helped us with another unplanned request that took some time and effort troubleshooting. He stayed late until he had fixed wiring issues (in wall and attic) by work done by others years ago. Art was very thorough in locating the trouble spot and wanted to make sure everything was done right before leaving.
