They have very nice staff members. The electrician who came to help me with my electrical issues not only fixed the wiring but also found another problem that may given me problems in future. He also took care of the lighting bulbs. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the hard work they do.

He was kind and professional. Was able to assist me over the phone even on a Holiday. He saved me so much money.

My home was built in 1952 and needed a lot of electrical upgrades. In 2019 Garafano Electric installed a 200 amp meter panel upgrade and also made it a subpanel. They replaced my old garage lights with multiple lcd panels spread throughout the garage. They did the same for my workbench and washing areas in the garage. They replaced many of the old light fixtures in my home with lcd panels. (These panels can be set to 3000k, 4000k, or 5000k by using an adjustable switch on the panel). They installed powered motions sensors on outside of the home too. This description just gives you an idea of the work they did.

When I first met with them to discuss the job I gave them a multi-page Word document detailing everything I needed done in the garage, house, house exterior. The document detailed each item by the “room” it was in and I assigned a number to each item. In response they sent me a series of pdf invoices, using the same “rooms” and numbers I used in my Word document! There was no confusion about what would be done or the cost. (Other electric companies gave me a 1 or 2 page invoice, not explicitly listing the work to be done.) ).

Garafano's workers are professional, efficient, and showed up as expected. When they were late (because of traffic in Los Angeles) they called me before the appointment time telling me of the delay. When the job was over, I brought in an XX pizza for all of us to eat as a celebratory gesture.

Highly recommended and I have used them successfully since the main job described above.

This is perfect! The booking of an appointment was fast and the pricing was fair. The electrician was very expert and detailed in doing the light installation. I have been working with Gonza electric for a long time and thought they were honest, I called them to schedule an appointment and give an estimate, they never gave me an estimate just told me it would be determined when the job is complete and it wouldn't be much.

Elijio finishes the job in 5 minutes and then demands I pay an outrageous $300 for a simple electric job. No invoice or explanation provided after the work was done.

They did a lousy job too and didn't even bring a blank breaker with them, I called them numerous times about finishing the job and for other projects; they never show up and don't return calls. This is how Gonza Electric treats their long time customers.

Very disappointed in this company that I had been recommending to my friends and will no longer do so. Be careful if you hire them, they always forget something but will demand the full payment from you.

Stev came in today to give me a quote on recessed lighting installation at my house and I found him very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. He provided suggestions and ideas that I did not get from other electricians. The best part the quote he provided was reasonable. He deserves the 4 star review.
