My home was built in 1952 and needed a lot of electrical upgrades. In 2019 Garafano Electric installed a 200 amp meter panel upgrade and also made it a subpanel. They replaced my old garage lights with multiple lcd panels spread throughout the garage. They did the same for my workbench and washing areas in the garage. They replaced many of the old light fixtures in my home with lcd panels. (These panels can be set to 3000k, 4000k, or 5000k by using an adjustable switch on the panel). They installed powered motions sensors on outside of the home too. This description just gives you an idea of the work they did.

When I first met with them to discuss the job I gave them a multi-page Word document detailing everything I needed done in the garage, house, house exterior. The document detailed each item by the “room” it was in and I assigned a number to each item. In response they sent me a series of pdf invoices, using the same “rooms” and numbers I used in my Word document! There was no confusion about what would be done or the cost. (Other electric companies gave me a 1 or 2 page invoice, not explicitly listing the work to be done.) ).

Garafano's workers are professional, efficient, and showed up as expected. When they were late (because of traffic in Los Angeles) they called me before the appointment time telling me of the delay. When the job was over, I brought in an XX pizza for all of us to eat as a celebratory gesture.

Highly recommended and I have used them successfully since the main job described above.

I called Garafano Electric for an issue I had with my circuit breaker and some light switches - they were very responsive and had an electrician (William) out to my home within a reasonable time frame.

William was polite, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly - I would recommend Garafano Electric to anyone who needs their services. The fee they charged was fair and there was no uncertainty or nickel and diming.

This electrician was so off the hook today.. not only did he come fast to assess, he made the extra effort to repair it today...he is clean cut and professional...(not like a normal electricians). He’s been doing this since he was 18 or even younger...as soon as he saw the job he knew spot on what needed to be done...but he went beyond that...he double checked factory recommendations for voltage, found out we had a larger circuit than we needed, pushing too much power. Then he also replaced our fuses on the AC that were not correct either, acceptable, but not correct. Then he asked since he changed our panel all around and forgot his black pen remover if one of his employees can come tomorrow and relabel the circuits so we know which ones control which...I was like “ummmm YES” Total bill was so reasonable. I’m keeping his contact forever !! I’m so impressed!!
