Through the GM/Chevy QMerit EV Charger installation, Mehdi from Nation Electric reached out swiftly via email and text to arrange a consultation and walkthrough, draft the plan and estimate, and arrange for the city permitting of the installation. They worked very promptly and quickly and it was a large effort because the parking spot was far - but they got it done ASAP and perfectly! Even promptly handled small revisions same day when the city permitter did the inspection and got it approved same day! (The longest wait time was from the city itself, waiting for the permit approval - but Mehdi was very prompt in following up immediately as each step of the city permit was approved).

I was fortunate enough to find Michael with A Custom Electric. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Best of all, he has work ethic and actually cares. He also had the best pricing in town!! Powell Electric tried to charge $99 just to come out and look at the problem for example! Compared to prior electricians used & another estimate received, Michael was half the price and did a FANTASTIC JOB! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A CUSTOM ELECTRIC!!! I thought this is an electric company with their own licensed electricians, but they outsourced all my jobs to other people. So it is unclear that do they even have licenses or not. Since this is just a referral company, I think I got charged more for the fee that incurred in the process. I even paid $79 membership fee for their service calls. But then it's more money to them for them to sell my jobs to other people. Instead of getting free quotes from others, now I got charged with large bills for small jobs.
