The guys were great to work with, quickly diagnosed the problem and got the electricity back on. Communication was great too!

Jason arrived at 8:01 for an 8-10 am window and from then on everything went smooth. Wonderful service from the get go on the phone and Jason was a total professional and knowledgeable expert. Ramiro and his crew have been doing work for us around the shop for over 2 years now and no job has been too small or big for the company. James explained everything as he examined each section and promptly repaired it. He even cleaned all the housing and explained the maintenance procedures that would have helped. I wanted ethernet jacks installed and I wanted someone to do the time consuming wiring for me. My wifi router and modem are both upstairs and are located inside of the laundry room. Since I am paying for fiber internet, I want to get the most out of it throughout the entire house. The electrician came out, installing them all, and explained everything. Great service.

They have SOMEONE driving either vehicle numbered 1729 or 1791, that is cutting people off in downtown Austin. He's driving a white, 2 door cab truck! He is driving erraticly in the area of South 1st street......crossing LBJ Lake..... and then cutting people off turning left onto riverside. And then is cutting people of while he turns right onto South Congress. I called and reportimed it to their office and they said they do not care! So I hope their Commercial Insurance Carrier reads this and knows that they have irresponsible and dangerous driving people working for this company!

Don Gordon, owner and master electrician, does business the right way. They do excellent work and if there's a problem they stand behind it and make it right. Nice to find good people doing great work in this town when everything's moving so fast it would be easy to cut corners. They don't. Highly recommend.
