Brighthouse Electric ROCKS! I needed some can lighting done in my kitchen. However, I didn’t know any other details that I needed to provide,( except that I wanted this work completed.) They took complete care of me and even worked with my schedule. I asked off work for the day they were scheduled to come, but my job needed me last minute. I called Mendy, the owner, and she was quick to reschedule me to my next day off. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Austin was the tech that came to my house and he was as polite as can be. Came out to install an outlet for a customer I'm doing work for. Left a mess everywhere. Sent out another guy to clean up the mess that was as rude as could be. Said we made the mess when it is clearly the concrete dust from them drilling thru a concrete wall to run wire.
