Ok - just leaving HEB on way to my car and unbeknownst to me, I dropped my phone (which also had my credit cards/ID).2 men in a Hurley Electric truck honked to get my attention and alerted me I dropped something.When they passed and asked if it was my phone, I shared it also included Credit Cards/ID. I thanked them profusely and they winked and tapped the Hurley Electric logo on the truck door and said. Don’t forget about Hurley next time you are in need.chivalry, professional and Texas warm exuded from them; which only spills over into their quality.Will definitely use them whenever I am in need!!!!!! I used RS Electric to install new interior lighting on our home. They were great communicators and they arrived promptly to get the job done. They were able to get our lighting installed quickly and we’re even nice enough to check if we needed any additional electric help while they were there. This is a great company and I will definitely be using their services again.

I was referred to Westco Electrical Services by another contractor. I met with the owner, Chas West and discussed additional needs I had. Chas and his crew installed ceiling fans, custom lighting and switches. Additionally, when we discovered the ceiling fan extensions I had ordered on the internet were too long, Chas cut them to the proper size so I did not have to return and reorder more.Chas is a very friendly and professional electrician. He is very knowledgeable and is able to explain concepts in a way that makes it easy to understand.I recently referred him to a neighbor who was preparing his house for sale and wanted some L.E.D. lights installed in his garage. Chas and his associate came in, removed the original Bulb sealed the outlet and installed two functional Daylight fixtures. The neighbor was very, very happy with the results. His house has since sold and I have no doubt the buyers will be happy with the bright lighting in their garage.Westco Electrical has my highest recommendation. They are at the top of my list whenever I need any electrical services.

I was recently called on the phone by someone in HR (unsolicited) for a position at Berg, who immediately asked me to tell her about myself and my qualifications. There was no rapport, barely an introduction... just a call out of the blue.Let's just say this phone call turned incredibly sour very, very quickly. I am actually looking for employment, but her attitude about my experience and salary requirements made it pretty clear that she is new to the industry and clueless beyond using a checklist made by someone else to determine fit. No wonder there are so many job openings at Berg at the moment.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.

Every time they have come to my house, they have been in time and have done really great work! I recommend them to anyone, and will continue to use Jackson Electric for my home.

Came out to install an outlet for a customer I'm doing work for. Left a mess everywhere. Sent out another guy to clean up the mess that was as rude as could be. Said we made the mess when it is clearly the concrete dust from them drilling thru a concrete wall to run wire.
