Integrity has become my go-to electricians! It's so nice to deal with a company that cares about providing great service to their customers for a reasonable price. They have handled two electrical issues and both times the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and provided me a great explanation for what they were doing. From the office staff to the technicians, I highly recommend Integrity First Electric!

They overcharged me by $292.18. When I pointed this out at the beginning of March, I was told wait until my payments posted and then they would reimburse me. I never heard anything back, so I called last week and spoke with Michelle, the owner. She said she was going to look into it and call me back this week to resolve the issue. I have not heard back from her. Be careful when you receive an estimate, it is not what you will be charged, based on my experience and other reviews I have read.

Update: In response to the owner Michelle's reply to my review. I am sorry but you are not telling the truth here. I can show you my estimate of $584.35. You overcharged me. I have been waiting for you to call me back to try to resolve this since April 21, 2022.
