Technicians were great, however, I was shocked looking at the cost being very high for the type of job performed. They charged me for 3 hours of labor included the time of departure to the house from their location. Typically service time starts from.time of starting the work, it doesn't include driving time. There was even a delay of 10 minutes from the community gate to get to the house. The scheduling center were not clearly communicating the costs and how they were determined.

David was amazing! If everyone at this company is like him then this is the company to hire. He was early, professional, and resourceful. David had to fix the botched work of another handyman I had hired and I am beyond grateful for his expertise. Thanks again!

Was in traffic off of Peacan Park Rd for about 30 min. The line was very long. Here comes one of your drivers cutting everyone off. He pulled through , drove on the grass, almost hitting another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle honked at him and your employee shot him a bird. Very unprofessional!!!
