This guy is a jerk. While driving home this truck is tailgating me. I pulled over to let him pass. I honked at him to let him how rude he was being. He pulls next to me and tells me I'm driving to slow. I was going the legal speed limit. Begins pounding on the side of his truck. To show me how the name of the company he supposed to own. Totally unprofessional behavior. I will never do business with you or your company. My advice is to stay away from person.

CPL was quick to schedule my service call. The technicians were friendly, professional and took care of the job quickly. They were also very honest letting me know the issue and how it was resolved. Marsha has no customer service, shes really rude. You cant understand when she picks up the phone or even thru conversation, did let her know i was having a hard time hearing, did ask if she can speak up and she just stay quiet. I just ended the conversation.

JC installed a GFI outlet in the kitchen, replaced a bathroom ceiling heater/light/exhaust, and corrected a wiring problem in the attic. Professional and friendly at a reasonable price.

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt. Worthless. Called for a bid on a job and the rep told me I would have to submit a bid request in order for them to see if it was even something they would be interested in!! What a joke
