Update: They did do the install within one week but the cabinets are mis-measured and not what was designed. Haven't heard back from them since Saturday when I sent them pictures.

Closets by Design showed up today after a 3 month install today without calling us or scheduling an appointment. They have not called us back and told us now it would be December until they install. No mind that they have been holding our 50% deposit since May when we designed the cabinets. I understand being backed up because of COVID but what I don't understand is poor customer service, not calling someone to schedule installation. Super unprofessional. Go with someone else.
