During the visit, Jacob discovered another issue we had with our plumbing and gave us an estimate without pushing us to schedule the repair with Roto-Rooter. After he was done, he sat with us and reviewed everything again. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for my future plumbing needs and will request Jacob George for my technician.
