We had a fantastic experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling on a recent project that included redoing our kitchen, powder room, and entire downstairs floor. Ben, Mark, and Jeremy were very professional, responsive, and courteous. We always knew exactly what each part would cost and had a great system for managing change orders. They brought in excellent subcontractors for all the work, and always made sure we were satisfied with what was completed. We are already planning to use them again on our master bath remodel.

We have used Rise Above for two homes. The entire crew feels like family at this point! You will not find a better team of people. They do quality work, they are honest and stand behind everything they say and do. If they make a mistake, rare but it happens, they own it and make it right. They aren’t satisfied until you are! When one considers remodeling your home, it’s easy to have nightmares about the difficulty of finding a suitable builder, the arduous process of selecting the decorative materials, the quality/look of the finished product, completing the project on time and most of all coming in on budget. We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.
