Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

We had a complete kitchen remodel last Fall. Our experienced designer highly recommended Oron Garabian with FHR Construction as the General Contractor and we could not have been more pleased. The FHR team is incredibly professional and responsive. The initial demo was swift and thorough. Their electrical work and knowledge was great. Their painter produced flawless results. The tile work was very professionally done and they patiently worked with me on tile selection, placement and grout choices. They went above and beyond when I mistakenly chose the wrong color for the glass backsplash, realizing this After it had been installed but, thankfully, prior to grouting. Oron and his team worked very closely with me to remedy My mistake and stay close to our project schedule. Their work was wonderful, the team was incredibly professional, their daily clean up, inside and out, was impeccable. I would use them again without a second thought and highly recommend FHR!

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. We had our kitchen refaced by Better Than New Kitchens and are very pleased with the results. Our house was built in 2001 and kitchen cabinets were natural oak. I didn’t realize how dated and awful they looked until Dan and his team of professionals did their magic. Dan runs a meticulous business and I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. We also opted for drawer replacements and can’t emphasize enough how awesome they are. If you want a whole new kitchen look for way cheaper than replacement, Better Than New Kitchens is the answer!
