I hired FHR Construction to build a guest house and do renovations on another structure. Called them about a clogged kitchen drain. They came out twice and did not resolve the issue. Another plumber was able to fix the problem. Roto Rooter agreed to refund what we paid after a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. I was advised that a check was mailed on 1/29/2022 but no check has been received.
