They went beyond our expectations, from the design process to the completion of the job. Always on time for work schedule, left my home clean after each work day. Ralph Campa, our project manager was always available for any concerns. Calls were returned with in minutes. We will use them again for our next project!!

Our experience with Acuity Builders was the best I have ever had with a contractor. After the hail storm we learned that our roof and air conditioner were damaged and had to be replaced. I called multiple companies and went with Acuity because they were the least expensive but also the quickest to get back to me. Ken Hawk came and talked to my husband and me personally, answering our many questions with patience and professionalism. He walked us through what the insurance process entailed and then took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance directly! The workers he hired were clean, polite and courteous, leaving no mess behind like other roofing companies have done. When a minor problem came up many months after the work was completed I called Ken and he had someone there within a couple of days- problem fixed! Imagine getting this kind of quality workmanship and customer service from the lowest bidder! Companies like this DO exist! I can not recommend Acuity Builders and Construction strongly enough!

Brian walked away from finishing up a bathroom remodel project and stopped following up on a major tile supplier defect on another bathroom remodel project. He promised to resolve the issue but after stringing me along for about a year, he quit responding to my inquiries. So much for What you want, done right.

I worked with Robert and he was very honest and fair. He also did good work and has great customer service. I would recommend him for remodels or almost any of your construction needs. Great experience.

I think that this review of a general contractor is a bit unusual as I don't have a single complaint or issue. It isn't easy to find a general contractor and we hit the jackpot when we went with Ray Ouellette General Contracting. They did a major transformation in my kitchen and brought my master bath into the 21st century! They were on site when they said they would be and kept to the promised schedule. The work was meticulous-with an eye for detail-and their subs were skilled and professional...and their pricing was fair and competitive. CLW Construction replaced my shower-tub with a walk-in shower. They did a fine job. The estimate was reasonable, and what I ended up paying was what he estimated. They showed up when they said they would, and the work took as long as the original estimate. If I do any more remodeling, I'll call them first.

Charlie has put together a team of true pros that care about your project. Princeton spent over 6 months day in and day out on our project and was always available, organized, and very communicative. I recomend them fully if you are looking to have a project done correctly the first time!
