Best Custom Woodwork Designs in Phoenix AZ

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

We had a great experience with Closets by Design. Our designer Erica was wonderful. We were from out of state so she worked with our schedule and came over way after hours to accommodate us. She had plans ready very quickly with everything we were looking for. Throughout the process we did have a couple issues come up, but everyone handled them flawlessly and we're very happy with our closet and office that they installed. Communication was great the whole way through and everyone was extremely prompt. We would highly recommend Closets by Design!
