She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

Buyer Be Ware! ABC was hired to execute repair work at our residence as a choice from our Insurance provider. Unsatisfactory work was completed and more damage than repair was done. After numerous calls and unsatisfactory or no response, we refused to let ABC in or near our home. The repair work had to be completed by another contractor.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
