Talavera did a complete remodel for me from floor to ceiling. It was a big project and I was anxious about starting it. Larry walked me through one step at a time. I love his “can do” attitude and attention to detail. His entire crew has the highest of standards. They really do the work as if it were their own home. I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
