Great company! Quick response from receiving the quote to scheduling and definitely with work being done. They redid all the flooring in the our home in a week (including taking out old flooring) and came out amazing. Definitely would refer them to anyone and look forward to doing more business when we redo our showers.

L&M Granite did an awesome job on my counter tops. Sara in their office was great and helped me pick out sinks, which they also got and installed for me. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing granite work done in their home. I would use them again without a second thought. 5 Stars!

So glad we found Alex through being friend of friends on Facebook. We have been wanting to get our floor done for a long time but could never find someone that would work with our budget. We were fortunate that the budget for our flooring was able to allow us to not only do flooring but had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled as well. The photos speak for itself. Very professional and on time. The whole project took one month and Alex made sure he didn’t go over this timeline. Highly recommend!!!

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She’s remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

One never knows what life will throw your way but along with challenge one often meets kind souls. Faced with an in-wall plumbing leak including damage to my kitchen island cabinets, I met Ruben from Matador Construction. Ruben is an excellent Project Manager with hands on knowledge of construction. He, along with his entire team, were professional and caring as they worked cohesively to coordinate with my insurance carrier and rebuild my kitchen island wall and cabinets. All work was performed on a priority basis, while maintaining quality of end product. I would highly recommend Matador Construction as they exceeded all expectations. I am forever grateful!

Having a disaster is a very stressful situation, thankfully I was recommended to ACR from a friend. They were professional and very helpful in explaining all the steps in the process. The technician came out in middle of the night to extract the water. They handled the loss from the dry out to the put back. I am thankful for their help in getting my house back to the way it was.

He worked with us for about six months before we start the job and he was always there for us.him and his crew lead by Tony they are very clean and neat workers. I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
