We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. In 2009, we purchased a home in Glendale and Ron did a major renovation of the kitchen/dining room/family room including new doors and windows. We were so happy with his work, we had him do several other projects for us over time both in the Glendale home as well as the Scottsdale home we moved to in 2014. His work is high quality, his integrity is above question and his prices are fair and reasonable. Plus he is a nice guy and likes Golden Retrievers. What more could one ask

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
