Ron did a laundry list of upgrades to my condo. The best being a new shower in my master bath instead of an old landscape tub. Easy to work with.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for. We are thrilled with our remodel and give all credit to Maple Avenue. Jon and his team remodeled about 90 percent of our South Tempe home, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, great room, and formal living and dining. Jon sees the big picture but also pays careful attention to the details. He is easy going and communicative. Perhaps his greatest asset is his selection of tradesmen. We couldn't have been happier with our hardwood floor installer, tile installers and electrician. Jon's ace-in-the-hole is Conrad, whose meticulous work installing doors, cabinets and trim seemed more like artistry. We look forward to having Jon and his team back to do two additional bathrooms and the laundry room.

Talavera has done multiple projects at my house over a time period of more than 6 years.
