Solar Topps lied about our tax refund for the end of the year. We receive $1200, compared to the $13,000 they promised. Additionally, they called us and lied about our solar not producing the correct wattage, and attempted to charge us $200 for a service fee. Do not use this solar service. Shop around for someone reputable.
