I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided by Guadalupe AC Repair. Their team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system quickly, and provided a fair estimate. They were able to fix the problem in no time and ensured that everything was working efficiently before leaving. I highly recommend their services.

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.

After being taken advantage of by a big name company here in the valley twice, I knew I would have to do my homework for our HVAC system replacement. I contacted Arizona Electric League for referrals. I was given the name of Air Conditioning of Arizona (ACA). After researching ACA, reading reviews, and noting an A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau I gave them a call for an estimate.Troy came out and went over our home, and our failing 12 year old HVAC system with a fine toothed comb. I was impressed by how thorough he was. He address all my concerns about how certain duct work was not functioning as efficient as it should be. He took many photos and notes. He said he would get back to me within 24 hours with a detailed estimate, and several options. We selected a system that another company offered at $600 more than ACA, so it was no surprise we went with ACA.Installation day was seamless. Phil and Eric were prompt, and worked all day. Then didn't even stop for a lunch, which would have been fine with me. As a team, Phil and Eric work together well. They kept up on cleaning as they went, and there was never any debris that accumulated. From start to finish I could not have been happier. Right now the furnace is keeping us warm. I'm looking forward to a summer of lower electric bills and a nice cool home with brand new A/C.Thank you Troy, Phil, and Eric. You are all very much appreciated.

Certify HVAC was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a new system installed last year.
Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
He is very polite, very honest, and will be our only HVAC person to call for future HVAC needs!!

First off all IAM truly and extremely happy a good company like icon exist Erica was very perfesional and kind she called me back same day and told me a technician will be out the next morning. Rhett came out very nice guy took a look and fix the problem in no time didn't try to sell me anything should me the problem. IAM truly blessed of everything this company has done for this City

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
