She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.
