Best REMODELS in Phoenix AZ

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

Icon mechanical Inc is an amazing company with great customer service. The guy (Rhett) that showed up to help my grandmother with here AC was a true professional and an extremely hard worker. My hat goes truly goes off to him and the entire team at Icon mechanical Inc. thank you all so much for helping my grandmother out this summer.
