This morning I turned on the heat for the first time this year and was dismayed to notice that the house was not heating up. I checked the thermostat and saw an error code. I called ACA who installed our Air Conditioners two years ago. I spoke to Samantha who is always so helpful. She put me on a brief hold to get in touch with the technician in our area, and confirmed that he could come out within a few hours. As promised, Jake called me when he was on his way, came to our home, presented me with his business card, then went to work and diagnosed and fixed the problem.
