Best Central Heat Pump in Phoenix AZ

Was very pleased with the unit replacement. I was hoping for an easy process and they made it a good one. Only feedback is I was really happy they had all the parts on the truck so they didnt have to make more than one trip. Was hoping we could get a military discount and we did. I wish they could have handled our plumbing issues while they were here and i understand they are AC only. I get it.

First spoke to a gentleman named Bill about an estimate, figured itd be numbers, some back and forth probably 3 to 4 days of going over everything, I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! took roughly an hour of my time. Bill took measurements, inspected the old AC unit and had an install set for the very next day.DAY 2 INSTALL: Was contacted by a gentleman named Mike and was informed they were 10 mins out. Once Mike arrived I was introduced to his partner Blake. Mike and Blake briefed me on the plan of action. I figured a whole day, WRONG AGAIN. Half day of work and the unit was tested and running. Mike and Blake went over the proper operation of the unit as well as the do's and donts. I must say mike and Blake were VERY professional and total leaders making the level of stress and concern a zero! Highly recommend Semper fi. I will use Semper fi from here on out. The service and prices are hands down the best in the business. Thanks to all that were apart of my installation, from the first call to the completed installation!
