In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.
