Best General Building Construction in Phoenix AZ

Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself? I do not care if your boss is on your behind 5m is better than 5 to life.

Our experience with Bright Home was awesome. They were helpful with scheduling and going through insurance. Brendan was patient with all our questions and explaining the process as we have never gone through construction/restoration before.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.

I finally found my go to company for things that deteriorate in my older home. It's difficult to find an honest, helpful company these days, but Kowalski Construction is all of this and more. Jason went out of his way to show me exactly what was going to be done and why. Ron was a friendly and skilled expert at fixing and repainting the damaged drywall. All at a fair and reasonable price. Thanks again for the great job you both did.

I choose to use this company due to the mostly positive reviews, but unfortunately we did not have such a positive experience. I gave two stars instead of one because they were able to come the same day I called, within the hour actually, but I later found that even though it was a Monday morning I was charged over two hundred dollars for emergency hours, which I never expressed it was an emergency. So I feel this fee should have been explained before deciding to rush someone over here. It was also great that they started the drying out process the same day as well. We had a dishwasher leak for a few days and it damaged our kitchen island only. The price for ripping out only the toe kick under the sink and ripping off the baseboard on the other side of the pony wall and drying out for 7 days was a little over $2800! That's crazy in my opinion and that was with a discount bc we paid cash.

After they set up equipment it was pretty difficult for me to get a final quote or get someone to call me back or even reply to my emails. The techs would come over and check the moisture levels everyday and I would ask them questions about our bill and they couldn't help. The communication was the worst part about this company. The techs themselves were confused since there was a lot of miscommunication about when to come visit. It was really frustrating. We were also charged for a service we did not receive, the antimicrobial agent. It was fairly cheap, but the problem was that we wanted all steps done to prevent mold and that didn't happen.

We attempted to get a quote for the rebuild portion by leaving a message with the company gateway referred but they never called us back.

Overall, I hope we don't need these types of services anytime in the future since this field of business seems to take advantage of desperate, high stress situations by overcharging and providing poor customer service throughout the process.
