Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.
Would recommend Next Gen to others and would use them again if the need would arise.

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!
