I sent Ray a client a few years ago for an AC Repair, my client said his bill was a much lower estimate than everyone else and he was more informative!

This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.
